Nothing about the experience was good. The male person who assisted me was as close to being rude to me without crossing the line of being downright rude. He stated several times he knew nothing about the trucks "Why should I know, I don't drive them". He thought the 15' trucks in his yard were 20'. When I opened the cab door, a VERY foul smell came out of the cab and when I tried to get the male person to smell it and check it out, he stated, "I don't know what it smells like, I've never driven one." And then walked away, back into the office. My friend had spray I could spray the cab down with and upon checking it out once I was back home with the truck, we discovered there was a lot of food trash stuffed under the driver and passenger seats and the smell - an extremely rotten banana!!! Even after washing down the area and disinfecting the cab, the smell lingered for nearly the whole trip! Never again shall I rent from such an unprofessional, lazy, ignorant location/people.

Have them pick up the equipment where they rented from
Gary RHe didn't show up until 10:20, and wouldn't answer our text. For a minute we thought we were screwed for getting a truck. He couldn't answer questions regarding the truck, ie: how the mirror works etc. Pretty piss poor, but it's just the way people are now a days

Doug SThe actual drop-off location address was different than what was on the agreement. This should have been noted on the agreement. The U-Haul APP crashed several times during the Rental Return experience. I was unable to upload photos of the vehicle.
