MICHAEL G.They could not confirm or deny that my reservation had been made online for the free 1 month rental of storage space. On arrival in PA, I was told that the reservation had never gone through.
Kent C.After renting the 26' Uhaul almost a month in advance for a one way trip of less than 31 miles, I was called AFTER 6pm the day BEFORE our move to be told they didn't have it. My only options were to make two trips in a 15' or drive over an hour one way to pick up a 26' at a different location. After reluctantly agreeing to use the 15' twice, we were told we could pick it up that evening instead of the following morning. We drive to the location to get it, but we never recieve the email with the unlock code! By this time it's after hours and nobody answers. We go home and wait till 7 am the next morning. Call the customer service agent who I talked to the day before, who gives me a code to lock box 3, with no explanation as to why I didn't receive it the night before like I should have, not even an apology. We go back again and use the code. There is NO key in the box! Call back, have to wait for him to contact the dealer who is apparentlyon vacation. Dealer can't remember what box the key is in so we have to try all the boxes till we finally find the key. Find it eventually, get in and the air conditioner didn't work. That's not all!!! We go to drop it off and it trys to charge me MORE money after already paying almost $130, $540 to be exact! It said we drove over 1000 miles! We moved approximately 23 miles from our old house to our new one, went back one time, that is less than 100miles!!! Luckily, the gentleman that checked us in fixed it. I would NEVER use Uhaul again and I would never recommend them to anyone! The whole experience from beginning to end was ridiculous!

WENDY M.The pick up spot needs ti have a guest wi-fi login that customers can connect to, for online pick-up and drop off! I had some trouble picking up the truck because of no wi-fi. I finally was able to pick up a weak signal from accross the highway, but it was not enough. I had to call in and wad in hold for 45 minutes!
