Horrible experience dropping off the trailer. First off there was no person available because it was a weekend drop off, I didn’t expect anyone to be there. So which means y’all advertise utilizing the convenience of using the app to drop off or pick up after hours. Y’all’s app was terribly slow and wouldn’t send me a confirmation code to confirm my drop off. I waited 10-15-30 finally 45 minutes later, I get 3 codes all at once which of course it’s not working because it expired. I waited that long because I wanted to ensure I wouldn’t get charged another day if y’all didn’t verify my return immediately. I will never use U-Haul if I don’t need to anymore. I would rather rent from Turo and pay little more with an app that is from this century. I had an appointment and almost missed it because y’all don’t have ANY SUPPORT working or monitoring y’all’s app services that y’all offer after hours. Just a horrible experience and just about ruined my day. This complaint is NOT towards the location. This location is in my hometown and VERY convenient for me, but the experience dropping off at a very convenient location was very inconvenient due to your app services and ABILITY TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE YALL ADVERTISED.

The A/C didn't work which made it an uncomfortable trip during these hot temperatures days. I had to make several stops and got sick from heat exhaustion. Recommendation: Make sure the equipment is serviced properly and not sent out for safety reasons and concerns.

MISTY IThe place was closed when we drop off after driving 15 miles to get to. Then we found a place here couple blocks from our home. Why you made us drop off in Atlanta instead here in Linden we we don't understand. Never got call about additional charges just took 34 dollars more off my card a week later. Was told we would get a call next day but no one ever called.
