I have rented from the folks at the Sign Shop before and each time has been a great experience. They always have the equipment ready on the date and time requested. Can't say enough about their service and attention to detail. These folks are a first class operation and Uhaul should feel lucky to have them as a dealer.Bryan B.
The whole situation with picking up the truck was okay, however, she didn't give me the dolly at the same time and when I asked about it she said I misunderstood but would bring one to me. She then brought me the wrong dolly and I was unable to use it at all. I then went to pick up the tow dolly at the location she told me and then when I got there she said that I misunderstood again and that I was supposed to get it from her. Luckily, Nick, at the location on 5700 Gordon drive in Sioux City, IA was fantastic and did all he could to help in my situation.Alyssa V.

The fact that I had to use this location is inexcusable. Driving there/back to get my trailer wasted two and a half hours of my time. The location near my home is less than 5 minutes away. I made the reservation more than one month in advance. Why was my trailer not made available for me at the original location? Why did Uhaul wait until two days before my pickup to inform me that my trailer was not available? At that point it was too late for me to change my plans. Leaving me no choice but to drive 125 miles to get the trailer. Customer service goes out the window when you have a monopoly.John M.

Vehicle was shown as FULL of fuel, but after i actually filled it all the way the first time the gauge clearly was farther to FULL than when i picked it up. i'd guess it was nearly 5 gallons less than full when i picked it up.Kevin B.

Business was closed but I called the listed number and was met within an hour at the location to pick up a trailer. The guy was super nice, paperwork was quick, and they helped with hookup and light check. Would definitely recommend this U-Haul location.Jim M.

I was not informed well enough overall. I was not aware I needed to download an app until the night before and the had a VERY difficult time getting through the check in process to unlock the key. I called u-haul in Sioux City multiple times and they were not helpful. My pick up time was at 7:30 and I was unable to get into the truck until 9 because I couldnt get the code. And they had me down for 2 reservations which I told them to cancel the one at least 3 times and it still wasn't canceled on the day of my pick. Overall not a great experience at all. I would not recommend picking up from the location to anyone.Michael C.

I was told that the truck had almost a full tank. I drove it 15 miles to where I needed to load it and before leaving town I thought I would fill up because the gas gauge actually only said 1/4. It cost me $60 to film the truck. When I got in the truck I called the sign shop where I rented the truck and the clerk continually told me I must have used that much gas and there was nothing she could do. I then drove to Sioux Falls and to be compliant with the contract I then had to put another $35 of gas in the truck. The clerk in Sioux Falls told me that based on the miles I drove I should have only had to put like $30 of gas in the tank to be compliant. Needless to say when I move in November I will be using another company. I am out the cost of the truck plus almost an additional $100. Could have hired a mover for that.Michele M.
