The attendant was complaining about the computer and send me to a guy who works at the Bodyshop. The pig tail on the trailer was broken and they had to replace it. They never send me a copy of the contract and I have to change the drop off location directly with u haul after repeatedly telling them where I want it.

The drop off facility was in the middle of no where. It’s actually someone’s front yard. It’s the scariest location I have ever been to and as a single female would never return. No one was there working and I had to go looking through open air repair garage to find someone who had no clue what he was doing. The kid told me to and I quote” just leave the keys in it and leave”. I said I needed proof of return and was lead into a office where another guy had to call Some girl named Olivia to help. He handed me her cell phone done she promised to text me with a return receipt once she got back and never did. This was actually one of the worst experiences o have ever had.

Jordan KI returned the trailer after hours in a thunderstorm. I had trouble getting the trailer off the hitch. Thankfully, the Sipp Collision owner came to help me. It was way beyond what was reasonable for me to expect. Very appreciative. Highly recommended.

Robyn HThe only slight hiccup was that when I returned I couldn’t access the lot behind the shop to park the van, but there were other spots to park it. I didn’t feel comfortable maneuvering the van around other parked vans to access the rear lot but other than that, it was an easy transaction, with very friendly people running the shop!
