I am 72 yrs old. I wasn’t expecting to have to do a self check-out. The business where I picked up the truck was closed. The owner of the business was kind but couldn’t help. He told me to scan the QR code on the back of the truck. I did but because there was no internet, it wouldn’t open. Thankfully, the Enterprise location was still open when I called and the very patient employee (I think it was Destiny) was able to walk this not so internet savvy senior adult how to do the self checkout. I was panicking because I had movers scheduled to come within 30 minutes of the pickup and it was a 25 minute drive to the house. All in all, I was able to finally get the truck and make it home by the time the movers arrived.
