VIVIAN FThe gentleman did not inspect the truck with us. Infact he never came outside. Didn't say hardly anything. On the drive with a loaded truck heading to our location, the check engine light came on just a few miles down the road. Called the pick up location. Gentleman said, just drive it, it's nothing. Pretty worried the whole trip it was going to break down on the road. Made it to our destination. So that was a major plus.

THOMAS OThe truck was mostly clean with the exception of the windshield. Lots of bug splats. I reserved an appliance hand truck, but it was not available when I picked up the rental truck. The agent has trouble communicating with the customer. He barely speaks, makes no eye contact, and seems to get irritated when asked questions. Overall, not a bad experience, but nothing that would encourage me to go back to this location.
PAUL TA great place for drop off. Lots of room to maneuver, and proprietor was very helpful. Very organized.

SHANE HI had a hard time with the service I received, I was rush with the truck to bring it back and didn't get to finish moving my things because of the rushing I had to go through. Next time I am going to budget.

BRIAN RWhen showing up to pick up the U-Haul. I didn’t have my blanket pads or appliance dolly I asked for when submitting the order. I had a team showing up at 9:30am for helping move things into the truck. Because of not having the dolly or blankets I was put in a bind and was behind on schedule, 80% of my help had to leave due to time. This was an awful experience with U-Haul.

MARCO PPicked up the trailer and all went normal for a regular UHAUL pickup. When I got to the pickup location and started to load boxes into the trailer the floor was coated in a thin clear coat of oil causing me to loose my footing and bust my butt. I had to take to a car wash and clean out the trailer and allow time to dry before loading which caused significant delay.

JOYCE HWell, they started calling me the same day asking if I’m returning the truck, telling me we are going to charge your card and where are you, 4 voicemails later I finally called back with no return call. I had the truck rented till Sunday after picking up Thursday , they insisted I was wrong. I returned the truck 1 day before which was a Saturday, they then greeted me someone else’s name, I said “no wonder you’ve been threatening me “ you had the wrong person. I literally threw the keys down on the desk and walked out without even saying a word. Yea I was mad and well deserved.
JOEL SSaid they closed at 6pm, dropped off truck around 2ish. Nobody was there, office was closed on a Tuesday afternoon.

CHRISTOPHER EI was unsure where to put my truck because it was packed with pther uhauls and had storage containers all over so I just pulled in and sat in the middle. Luckily someone was there and they could put it where it needed to go.
