I had a hard time with the service I received, I was rush with the truck to bring it back and didn't get to finish moving my things because of the rushing I had to go through. Next time I am going to budget.

BRIAN RWhen showing up to pick up the U-Haul. I didn’t have my blanket pads or appliance dolly I asked for when submitting the order. I had a team showing up at 9:30am for helping move things into the truck. Because of not having the dolly or blankets I was put in a bind and was behind on schedule, 80% of my help had to leave due to time. This was an awful experience with U-Haul.
