Drove roughly 100 extra miles to this drop-off as directed by U-Haul, only to find the property owner does not accept U-Haul trucks and there is no key drop-off area. No staff assistance was available, leaving me stranded with a 15-foot truck and no way to complete the return. A location that cannot receive trucks should never be listed as a drop-off point.
