The drop off was a lot where you dropped the key on a lock box. But it was easy and the local U-Haul person called to ask if we need any help.. overall a great experience

Brett WTruck reservation wasn’t visible on their database for this location according to the site owner so she wasn’t there when it was time to pick up our keys. The office and truck were at two separate locations and it was very confusing. We lost a lot of time and it was very frustrating.

Mark FThe place is called “the Spot” on the U-Haul website. There is no sign indicating “the Spot” at the drop off location. It is located at the back of a small strip mall. If we hadn’t seen one U-Haul truck parked, we would not have known there was a U-Haul place there. Better signage would help.

William SI did not inspect the trailer or hook up/wiring harness before taking possession (my mistake). The inside of the trailer had someone’s personal items inside along with litter and leaves/dirt/grass. The wiring harness had to be fixed enroute to Texas (lights flickering and error message on my dash). Wiring harness - wires were exposed/bare. Very nice staff. But someone needs to do better checking the equipment for safety and cleanliness.

jay dIt wasn’t no gas in the truck when I got it and at first they charged me for a 15 “ instead of a 10” and no money was refunded it was really bad experience and the key that was given was the wrong key to the truck I wouldn’t recommend no one to Goto through what I did Saturday. Poor

Jonathan ETruck was on empty. Not clean. Windshield dirty and cargo area trashy. I had to repair mirrors that were so loose they would not set. Passenger door warning light came on and door was hard to close securely. The female attendant had a very stern an unpleasant reaction to my pointing this out and even though there was another truck on the lot refused to switch it out and claimed the other truck was reserved. Fortunately the equipment made the trip and I returned it in much better condition than I received. The “couldn’t care less” and just short of hostile attitude is why I will never go back. I had to have the truck or I would have walked away on the spot. I doubt there will be many “next” customers at this location but improvement would not be difficult.

Charles MOver charged!! Receipts from uhaul did. Not match charges. Location blamed Uhaul, Uhaul told me to dispute with my bank! Never had a problem with Uhaul until now. Very disappointed in the location and Uhaul!!! $400 for a 2 day $19.95 a day rental. Will never do business with either again!
cindy bWe reserved our U-haul a few days in advance. We chose to pick up our U-Haul after hours on Wed, 8/2, at 6 pm using the mobile pickup. When we got to the place, we could not pick it up through the app or online when we signed in and did not know why, so we called U-haul several times and finally got through to an agent who saw our reservation but stated that the pickup location did not confirm it. The U-Haul agent finally confirmed our reservation, and we got the code to the key box. We reserved the Uhaul for 48 hours. The contract stated pick up Wed, 8/2 at six and drop off by Friday, 8/4 at 6. We got off work, drove to the drop-off location on Friday, and arrived at 5:55 pm, before 6 pm. We were charged almost 300 the next day, well over the amount we were told. When we called U-Haul, we were told we were being charged for three days. The agent placed me on hold and called The Spot and was told by them that when they left at 5:30 pm, the U-haul was not there (our contract clearly stated 6 pm) and they would not issue a refund. We now have a dispute and are having the most difficult time trying to get someone to reach out to us. I called in today, 8/10/23, and was told that District Manager or Regional Manager, Mr. Williams put in notes that he tried to reach me, and she confirmed my number, but there was no voicemail set up. I haven't had any missed calls, and my voicemail is set up. I asked for his number and email. When calling in this morning, a lady answered and stated she would try to reach him by 3:00 this afternoon, I called back, and she just said, "No, we couldn't reach him." I have emailed, and no response. I would not recommend using the mobile pickup to anyone. They may have issues of being overcharged with no help getting a resolution.

mike mBe sure the truck has adequate air conditioning. It was 90 plus degrees and there was no air in the truck. The previous renter left their wallet in the truck which means it wasn’t cleaned before it was rented out to me. Couldn’t imagine what they must gone through.

Philbert BU-haul was a truck and equipment rental company. Now it seems that you are a truck share company. All interaction is text, app or web based. When you are moving your house and have questions, it is comforting to have someone in person to talk to. I did not have the app and was given a phone number to pick up my truck. When I called, I thought I was going to verbally verify info. I was guided to do things on my browser on my phone in an area where I had poor reception. So the entire experience was maddening and took me more than 30 minutes to complete. If I had to upload documents and images, I should have been able to do that from home in advance.
Chase BEverything was fine except for the fact that the gas was at 1/8 full and the owner told me it was 1/4. I went down the road and immediately had to put gas in… so I pretty much put in $16 worth of gas
