Robert J.U-haul was a truck and equipment rental company. Now it seems that you are a truck share company. All interaction is text, app or web based. When you are moving your house and have questions, it is comforting to have someone in person to talk to. I did not have the app and was given a phone number to pick up my truck. When I called, I thought I was going to verbally verify info. I was guided to do things on my browser on my phone in an area where I had poor reception. So the entire experience was maddening and took me more than 30 minutes to complete. If I had to upload documents and images, I should have been able to do that from home in advance.
Chase B.Everything was fine except for the fact that the gas was at 1/8 full and the owner told me it was 1/4. I went down the road and immediately had to put gas in… so I pretty much put in $16 worth of gas
