Service was disjointed: I was unable to reach representatives timely, and the pickup location site address is different from the listed site, which caused much confusion. Vehicle exterior condition was not stellar. The representatives ( located in the women's boutique next door to the listed address) who dispensed the keys and released the vehicle, however, were friendly and did their best..

The idiot managing this location jacked my rental up completely. He tried to charge me again after I had already prepaid. Then, he didn't have the equipment on hand that I had reserved. He didn't even know the difference between a hand truck and a furniture dolly. Last, he refused to give me a copy of my receipt and agreement, claiming that it would be emailed later. So now I've been overcharged for equipment that I didn't get, charged for not having enough fuel because I couldn't remember how much fuel was in the truck, and I have no proof to show it was his fault.

We were charged a clean up fee$25 when we got the truck I had to clean trash out of it, and the gas was below 1/4 tank, we also got a fuel fee of $30 and we brought it back just like it was when we got it. We put gas back in it and cleaned it out after we were finished. The rude lady at the pick up won't even accept our phone calls BC she knows she screwed us over.

The truck we used needed a little attention... Especially with it being an older model. We had to slam the doors for them to close properly. Also, the breaks were needing attention. But the people were nice.

When I rented the trailer, the address and business I was "supposed" to pick the trailer up from (as listed in the email I received) was not even in business. Driving ten hours to move household goods and then getting scared out of my wits that I wouldn't have a trailer to move my goods is NOT good business! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Had it not been for the person I phoned being able to direct me to the correct address quickly, I would have been screwed! Thankfully the people at the new pick-up site were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Personally I think I should be reimbursed for my loss of time and extra driving, not to mention the mental stress! If you don't want irate customers, and lost customers, update your online information.

Our truck return was so simple at this location. The sweet lady who checked us in was SO helpful and kind. Within the year, our son will get married and move on to graduate school. When that time comes, we'll once again call on our friends at U-Haul. U-Haul is always there for us - a tremendous blessing and peace of mind.

Key was supposed to be in Lock box so I could get truck to move. It was 1030 before the business opened and cost me 2 1/2 hours of down time having to pay a helper to just sit and wait on truck. Lady at the store told me she forgot to put key in lock box, even though we had the code to open box

U haul was closed at 10:00am - sign on door said see next door - the owner said leave trailer in parking lot - I gave him the paperwork and unhooked the trailer and left

They were late issues getting the uhaul I cleaned it and put gas in it and was still charged cleaning fee and gas.....worst place ever!!!!! On top of all of that they were rude.....stay away!!!

I had checked in online and paid etc before going inside to pick up the UHual. I explained this to the attendant but she insisted that my card still had to be run. It turns out our account was charged twice and then told it could be 3 to 5 business days before it would show up in my account. This is not cool, it is Christmas and $227 holding out of my account for ANY length of time is hurtful.

Rudest service I ever received. They instilled me and refused to even attempt to resolve the issue said to call 1-800-UHAUL and hung up phone in my face. I was hooked for a cancellation that was done in error and the cost of my rental. Unacceptable service horrible operations under the UHAUL brand!!

The drop off location wasn't available anymore so I dropped it off at another location and call the uhaul place to let them know what I had did and they straighten it out but other than that everything thing was great..... y'all just need to check location before having a uhaul dropped off after done using
