The counter person at this UHAUL always has me on my way in the shortest time possible. EXCELLENT UHAUL LOCATION! FIVE STARS!
John SPickup and drop-off at the location was great. However, the booking information had changed between the booking and pickup. The location was booked for Vernon at 2:00 on Friday and when I confirmed on the Monday prior, I found that the pickup had been changed to Kelowna at 12:00. The agent that I called was happy to change it all back, but why was it changed in the first place. I'm glad that I confirmed in advance.

Val AWas promise a discount on kms because of inconveniences of has to drive a extra 100 kms/ plus gas to just get the truck and drop it off, but when time came to actually get that promise uhaul refused to make good on it, and truck was unwashed in outside, this experience has been horrible, I highly don’t recommend uhaul as they will make false promises just to make sure you rent there stuff.

Steven bRamp on the 26 ft truck was a little short in length. It made it to steep when we loaded on a hill.
darrian cWhen multiple customers reserve a truck for the same time; both staff members should be looking after customers first. Only one person was checking in customers while another person was cleaning. The second staff member only came to help get the last (3rd) customer signed in. My reservation was for 830 and didn't leave the store until 8:53am. Seemed a bit slow but great otherwise

Arthur BNeeds work in customer service!! Facility is super clean, but Bill is a little unhappy at his job. Moving is stressful and when he takes his time and puts big winter boots on with six snowflakes out there, I found it disrespectful of my time. Wanted to check me out later not when I returned the truck, no thank you as I need everything dealt with while I was there.

Eli KI was quoted 99c per kilometre when I reserved the unit online but I was charged $1.59 when I returned the truck. I don’t understand why I was quoted one anmount and charged a different amount.

tina kDouble check charges. Rather than being charged $.99 per km I have been charged $1.67. This différence quickly adds up on the highway. This error has yet to be corrected, despite my having emailed UHaul.
Leanda MI rented a 10' U-Haul Cube van for a one day haul From Vernon to Penticton and back. 3 hours of driving total. Interior was dirty, and it cost me over $300.00 including mileage. Way too expensive for what I got. I will never use U-Haul again. Will try Budget next time! $300! Seriously? 🤬
