They where very helpful at this location
Brett CThe front desk representative was not customer friendly. He became visibly upset because I returned the vehicle later than expected. While I was driving back to the city, he called me twice and spoke in an angry and confrontational tone regarding the late return. I found the interaction unprofessional and felt that the situation could have been handled in a more courteous and respectful manner. He then threatened me that I will be banned from their location. When I came just few minutes before the closing time, he then drove away.

Heather GI am going to be politicly correct here. And just say. The Rental experience in Venon was interesting, to say the least. The Person collecting my payment for a Little over Mirage and checking the Truck over in Kamloops. Was very Business like and pleasant.
