Previous person kept the truck 12h longer than they were supposed to. They gave me a small credit but I had to make 2 trips in a smaller truck which (between gas and increased mileage) ultimately cost me at least $100 more than I was expecting to pay, even after their credit. Im not sure why they dont honor their original price and eat their own mileage when its not my fault. Ultimately, uhaul wins twice because they get a late fee from the previous person and extra $ from me. Please consider increasing the number of 26' trucks in the Vernon, BC area. Your "reservation guarantee" is a bit of a joke; you may want to charge more for being late...
