I was supposed to have one at 7:30 in the morning and it wasnt there had to go to another location and the man serving me was horrible. Didnt get a uhaul until 9:15.

we had scheduled our pick up for U-Haul at 11 AM first we go to the location in Vernon then turns out pick up location got changed so then we went to Armstrong once we got there we weren’t able to open the lock in which the key for the vehicle was kept. we tried for at least 20 minutes there… wrong code every time costumer service couldn’t help us. They gave us two different codes. We tried both of them. We were not able to open the lock, then they sent us back to Vernon location for to pick up a different U-Haul. The whole online system sucks, every single time you try online there’s a message “error” that occurs and you have to start the process all over again same thing happen when we were dropping this uhaul off in Kamloops tried calling customer service couldn’t get a hold of anybody tried to return the U-Haul through the online system, it was very difficult “errors”kept occurring AGAIN! had to start from Square one had a very awful experience. They really need to improve their services.

Nick PSometimes you can’t move the larger vehicle into your space. When I asked if we could move it with a different vehicle so it could pull it ourt to a location I could hook up to the larger vehicle, I was told it voided the contract I was shut down verbally on this matter repeatedly as I was trying explain I could not hook up at the location. I tried to find a solution including a contract for the truck to transfer to the larger vehicle but again I was shut down. It was a huge inconvenience for us. Had to hookup beside a busy highway very unsafe to do so.
