The address for the location is confusing. It says it is on L street, but you had to turn down a side street and go behind another business to find it. The office staff was very friendly.Jonah B.

I'm extremely disappointed with Uhaul's service for my move this weekend. I received an email confirming pickup at "Ray's Corner Garage" on 09-15-16. When I arrived at 9:00am per the reservation agreement not only was there no U-Haul there the shop was actually closed. Needless to say this is unacceptable when you are planning a move on one day only with many others waiting on you. I understand moving the reservation location but I was not contacted with email or phone. After waiting for 10 mins to see if the individual was late I had to make a call to another U-Haul dealer who sent me to a complete different location. I received no apology for the inconvenience just a "this reservation has been moved for a week" as if it was my fault I was not contacted. Very poor overall service.Jesse W.
