Whoever the lady is that works at this location fire her! My U-Haul was stolen and when UHAUL had me contact the location, I rented it from the lady had a nasty attitude and her exact words were well. What do you want me to do about it and when telling her that UHAUL told me to call the location. I rented it from to let them know She stated again. What do you want me to do about it? I don’t know why you’re calling here. You should call UHAUL in which I let her know that I did. She said well I’m sorry there’s nothing I can do for you. I said I didn’t ask you to do anything for me. She said well I’m busy with the customer in front of me I said yeah and with your nasty attitude I hope that customer smart enough to walk out But not too thrilled with UHAUL as a corporation overall either because even though my U-Haul was stolen and I took out coverage on it. They still had the nerve to charge me and never reached out to me. Only contact I had with them is me calling them and then even had the nerve to tell me that I was responsible for the Towing in storage when it was recovered all while they left it in a police impound for a week smh still to this day have not asked me anything about my belongings in the U-Haul. That was stolen, but wanna call me about another person‘s vehicle that was hit after it was stolen. SMH go figure

kyle bAlthough the woman working there was not friendly or helpful and didn’t show us anything about the truck we had no problem picking up it up and it was clean and easy to drive. Fortunately I have used U Haul trucks before so I was familiar with it. People who never used trucks like that should be shown how to use to ramps and locks on the back and where the wind shield wipers and emergency brakes are and other important things.
SHARON JIt was scary to show up and have no van. They put me in another truck, but the computer almost made me go out to Chelsea. That’s aweful, better give some better notice if the equipment won’t even be at that location. Your app is poor at best. It crashed at check in so I don’t even know if it was checked in correctly.

Joseph BOnline information said the Saturday hours were 8:00-4:30.I arrived at 8:00 only to find the store was closed.I waited til 8:15 and still closed.We had to redo the reservation to a mobile pick up and 45 minutes late,I finally got the truck.Not a very good way to start a busy day of moving.I should be compensated for this situation.We’ll see.

Tom KI picked up the vehicle on Feb 25 and due to the ice storm was unable to use the truck having returned in within 1 hour of pickup and driven less than 10 miles. Lori King advised that I would be charged only $20.00 for the rental. And, when I first entered the office she said she did not have a furniture dolly. I saw one in the office and when I asked about it she screamed "THAT ONE IS MIND!." I asked if I could use it and she finally said "OK." Her attitude is terrible and she lied about the $20 charge for having returned the truck w/in 1 hour.

Tom KThe pickup did not have a hitch as promised, I was told to go ask another Uhaul dealer for one, and they didn't have them but ended up lending me his personal one. Not ideal to run around when I was told I'd have a hitch. Otherwise the pickup was relatively new and in good condition. The staff were friendly.

Katy HIt was fantastic because I rented from the facility where I have storage unit and I was able to drive to the truck and park my car and retrieve my car after returning the truck. ONE IMPROVEMENT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND: PLEASE include moving blanket to cover floor and provide some kind of straps or partitions to help keep furniture secure and other small boxes from falling over.

Joey KI was charged 36$ for something I'm unaware of. I was also charged above what was estimated even though I didnt drive as far as I told them I was. Truck had almost 100k miles on it and the brakes were down right dangerous. Paid over 120 dollars to rent a teuck for 3 hours. Ridiculous.
BRENNAN L1. I had no idea before arriving I'd need to provide additional information to pick up the truck. (passport / another person to actually speak to U-Haul / etc.) This held me up about an additional hour. If it was said somewhere I needed to be prepared ahead of time with more information and I overlooked it; that could be on me. Or, maybe it needs to be more clear for someone who is likely to breeze through. Or, it's a combo of both. 2. The combination lock was either frozen or just very difficult to dial in all the letters. I'm a good size guy and finally used my jack knife to dial the letters. But this could really mess up someone without a knife or weaker hands. If it was frozen due to the weather, maybe it should be better protected somehow like with a bag or something else.(?) 3. My return was not able to take place as it should've. Although my smart phone was working properly, the gps spooled for 10 minutes or more and would not pick up the location of the cargo van. Finally, I took all the pictures I knew would've been asked (in case I needed to prove I left the vehicle in clean shape and the time it was returned), locked it, and dropped the keys in the box. On the positive side, the U-Haul staff members on the phone were very helpful and friendly (even when I was agitated about losing time during my pick-up). They were also really cool and understanding about me returning the truck without closing out the online procedure. They commented that truck location portion has kept people delayed for up to 2 hours. So, that seems like a big glitch to be addressed. Aside from that, everything else was good. The truck worked well. It was were I expected it to be. It was pretty clean. The main stuff I needed was covered. It was just the take off and the landing. The flight was good.

David WProperly clean and sterlize! I was assured by this location that the truck was disinfected before pick-up, only to find used tissues and masks hidden under the seat. I expected more responsibility from U-Haul during this pandemic. Unacceptable.

Jean HI am not from the immediate area and had difficulty finding a gas station near the drop off to refill. Maybe in your printed contract, where you talk about the gas level and how much to refuel, you should include the location of the closest gas stations. Everything else was great.

Angela NThe website caused some confusion by not giving us any sort of status update so we thought is was not working. When we initially went to the store the woman behind the counter was holding a van for an after-hours pick up. Later we guessed that it was probably us because I received a notice at 8:50 pm telling me that my 4:30 pm pick up was ready. By then we had given up. We went back the next day and everything was handled well.
