It was out of wiper fluid. Other than that it was a fairly comfortable drive. It really does not like to go up a hill. Loved the lady that helped me out! She was great. Customer service was off the charts!

Very convenient location. I'll say, I feel like the customer service skills were off-putting. It felt like I was bothering the employee here by even existing. I don't think I was difficult to deal with in any way but it just came off as a really negative experience that otherwise would've been great. The truck was great, and I was satisfied with that. If there was an attitude adjustment it would've been a stellar experience.

LAWRENCE JPhysically getting the truck out was no problem. Getting the truck back in was extremely difficult to maneuver because they park a bunch of other trucks in the way. I was told the office would be open at 8a. It was not. I had to use my phone for check-in which took me 30 minutes because the uhaul app and website would not let me submit a photo. This is why I wanted the old school way of picking up in person. Once I dropped it off, the office was open but reeked of cigarette smoke which I am highly allergic to and caused me a migraine. This has been THE WORST uhaul experience of my life!
Kimberly DIt took 45 minutes to sign out the truck on your crappy app - which would have taken 5 minutes if there was a person there. Abandon this terrible policy immediately!!!
