Initially tried using cell phone to log in, I found it confusing and frustrating (I am not that savoy with technology). Fortunately there was a U-Haul employee available to help complete the check in process, that went fairly quickly.

Upon pickup there was garbage in the compartments, but I just removed it. Before returning, I broom swept and cleaned the van taking special care to remove the tarp and sweep underneath and washing the tarp where needed. I removed all garbage and wiped everything down. I scrubbed and vacuumed the seats and pulled out any hair on the carpeted seats. There was some I could not get out. I told the manager this. He told me to bring the van to a car wash with a vacuum. I told him I already did this and it was the best I could get it. He charged me $50 because it was not to his liking. I used u-haul a total of 3 times for at least 1 week at a time in the past 3 months. The other 2 locations never charged me a cleaning fee. I do not recommend this location.

The one negative I have is about uhaul in general. If the truck is overfilled I think the driver should be compensated in some way.

Man was rude to me and truck wouldn't start twice it broke down I put a not on key on drop off box for someone to call me and no one even reached out

Fire the people at Waukesha (and management), and bring in professionals. All the information given the attendant was confusing/ and or misleading, and I was harassed by Uhaul on the phone. I was promised the trailer for 4 days having picked it up on the 19th, and they wanted it returned on the 20th. If the correct questions were originally asked there would have been no problems. I give Uhaul a low rating.

Very unhappy with the last minute change of pickup location due to the truck not being marked as checked in. Managed to correct this by calling uhaul directly. Called the manager to confirm the reservation and ask about the pickup process and he was very unhelpful. Acted like I was bothering him and refused to offer any helpful information. Second time renting here, and second time receiving sub-par service. Oil change light on continuously in vehicle, unable to see mileage with car running. Had to turn the key and quickly look/take a picture before it disappeared. When I got to the pickup location the windows of the vehicle were found to be left open (vehicle not secured). Pickup process was absolutely ridiculous. Took over 1/2 hour to complete via the online pickup. The only bright spot of this experience was the wonderful customer service agent at Uhaul who helped to fix the pickup location.

Only complaint was my struggle to confirm that I dropped the truck off around 3 o clock (store was closed) all my attempts to complete the online truck return failed. Other then that, the whole experiance was smooth and the representative at the counter had a wonderful attitude!

Over charged on my reservation. Was charged for a second day when I didn't even get a full 24hrs (1 day) out of the truck not to mention a cleaning fee and tax when there was nothing wrong with the van when I returned it

The 24/7 pickup system needs some work, I had nothing but problems with it! We wanted to pick the truck up at 6am, but because of all of the issues that no one could resolve we had to wait until 9am for the facility to open. That put us behind by 3 hours which was very inconvenient!! So the place we rented from was great! But the uhaul pickup system sucks!!!

They billed my credit card an extra $150, with an emailed accident report that I closed the back doors "in the wrong order" No picture of damage. I called the office and left a voicemail 3 days ago, still no response. I will fight these charges, Uhaul.

Running lights didnt work only brake and emergency. Drove 700 miles w trailer of which 3 hrs were at dusk and dark. Wondered why people were pissed and honking. Noticed when we stopped to unload.

Rented a Utiliry Trailer which is an open space not covered. Returned after hours so there was no personnel. However received a $27 charge for cleaning fee on my credit card. Trailer was clean was just some snow in it. I can't prevent snow and weather. I frequently rent trailers from Uhaul and never had an issue until now. I usually go to the one on Military Rd though, maybe they've heard of rain and snow!

I was charged for "cleaning fees" and after hours. No where did it say that would happen! The van stunk and had pet hair everywhere on the seats prior to me using it. I reported the issue but somehow I had to pay a fee? Doesn't seem right. The van wasn't dirty from me

The service was excellent however the equipment was not well suited to the purpose the tow dolly that I rented was too small for the car that I needed to tow we made it work but it was obvious that we needed a larger size tow dolly which was supposed to be determined by the make and model of the car but apparently their Figures were incorrect

When I booked the truck through Amy at central Scheduling the day before I picked it up I was ensured that I would get a 20' truck with 12,000 miles on it. I could have picked a truck up at a closer location that had 100,000 miles on it but I opted to drive further to get the newer truck with 12,000 miles. When I showed up to pick up the truck they told me that they had sent it back out that morning. I asked why they would send it out when I was guaranteed the truck from scheduling and he said that they just send them out without any guarantees from Scheduling. What good is it going through Scheduling with a guarantee if the independent dealers are going to do their own thing. The independent dealer immediately copped an attitude when I questioned why he sent out my guaranteed truck. I ultimately took the only other truck that he had which had 32,000 miles, which ran fine. But I still feel the guaranteed truck should have been kept & honored.

While the Service at the 6680 Lincoln Ave Lockport, NY store was excellent. UHaul corporate was completely unacceptable. When I attempted to make a reservation online it allowed me to go through the entire reservation process for a 10: truck but would not let me check out without any explanation. It was only after I called the 800 number did I find out the reason I could not check out was there were no trucks that size available. One would think if a size truck was unavailable the option would not be given. I was able to make a reservation at for a 15" truck at Dayferts Truck & Auto Repair at 1:00 PM. Upon arrival Dayferts staff (very courteous and helpful) stated they did not have any trucks available and I had to go to 6680 Lincoln Ave to get the truck. I called the 800 number to see if I could get some kind of reimbursement for the inconvenience and time lost due to them sending me to a store that did not have a truck, Uhaul could not. The service I received dat 6680 Lincoln Ave was wonderful. Uhaul corporate needs to fix there customer service issues and I personally will not deal with Uhaul again until these issues are resolved.

First I was charge an additional $57.00 for an extra day when I was told I could return it anytime on Sunday because they are closed. Next my daughter left her purse in the truck, the Uhaul employee did call to tell us, but when she went to pick it up your employee asked if it was "the purse will all the condoms". This was incredibly unprofessional and offensive to say to a customer. Very dissatisfied with the truck and how your employee conducted himself.
