The U-Haul had not been cleaned after the previous user, and the vehicle also did not have functioning air conditioning. I drove the truck for 10 hours without AC. Unfortunately, I did not realize the air conditioning system was not working when I initially received the vehicle. Additionally, I had ordered two hand trucks, but only one was available at pickup. I was also unable to select a different drop-off location closer to my destination.
