Location was not open it was supposed to be when we arrived at 9 AM to pickup our truck. We waited 10-15 minutes and finally called. The person on the phone was helpful in getting us the key from a key box but we lost 30-45 minutes between waiting and calling to get to the right person. It put us behind in our moving plans for the day. The truck only had a half tank of gas so also had to gas before our trip. More lost time. Have always had a full tank on another rental.

This location was very difficult because the cell service was terrible when using the mobile pick up option. I would recommend the location adds wifi that the public can use when picking up a truck.
Thomas LThe van had an awful smell coming from the vents, since it hot outside I couldn’t avoid using the AC. Other than that I the van was nice to drive.
