The bay of the truck wasn't clear so i had to pick up trash and sweep it out myself. I got trapped on the site because the gate won't open without a cars weight. There was no communication on the location of the truck and onky their answering service to help me try to locate it for pickup. Drop off was a nightmare because I couldn't get the app to work and there was no indication of where to leave the truck. Your app also failed over and over. I had to complete the form and take all the pictures 7 times before it finally let me thru
