Back of the truck was dirty we had to sweep it out before we could use it inside. The cab look like somebody spilled coffee on the seat and the floorboard interior was not clean, and there was a weird substance dried onto the instrument cluster of the truck, which made it really hard to see clearly cause it’s disgustingly dirty. And the shifter is having issues when you put it in the park the truck won’t let you take the key out cause it says shift to park even if you’re in park that’s a safety concern. I don’t understand why it was overlooked, especially from a safety standpoint of U-Haul.
