At p/u power was out and they had me use the app. App worked until it was time scan/ take the picture of my DL back. I kept getting errors. By now the power was pretend I went inside. She had no clue how to operate the tablet and couldn’t log in and had to make multiple calls. I am very patient, but this interaction drained me. I was on a tight timeline based on my work schedule.
