This location was 40 miles from where I started. I dint know why i was Sent there the local place about 1 mile from me had at least 8 trailers sitting on their lot

Your app is horrible, laggy, slow to load and did not work
SEAN DI was contacted by a Uhaul representative asking me to return the trailer to a location in Sierra Vista more than 30 miles away because this “location was too full.” I refused as this location was what we’d agreed upon in our contract. When I arrived here to return my trailer, there were exactly 4 trailers in the entire lot. Uhaul LIED to me.

LARA BThe location had only been a pickup site for three weeks, a site that wound up being a 45 minute drive from where I made the reservation in Sierra Vista. For my inconvenience they gave me two extra days, reduced the rental price by $100 and added 50 extra miles. The 20' truck I was to pickup wasn't there on time however, but the agent seeing my distress was most accommodating and offered me a 26' truck at the price of the 20'. As it turned out the 26' truck was better for what I needed to haul. David, the agent was very helpful and I could recommend doing business with him. Just unfortunate that U-Haul in Sierra Vista, AZ couldn't deliver the truck as originally promised in Sierra Vista, a much larger site. And strange walking into a bar to pickup a U-Haul.

SUSAN DThe equipment provided, rescued us from having to spend a night out in the Az. desert. The representative did everything over the phone , and further, delivered the truck to us at night along the road. An act over and above what we expected, saving us a 4 mile walk to their location. Fantastic experience, thank you again, Tracy and Uhaul for being there.
