Mirror on passenger side was broken which could have easily been repaired when the truck was returned by the previous customer considering there is a glass business nearby.

Robert GI reserved a 6' x 12' box a week in advance, on the very moment of picking it up, guy told me rear lights are not working! I had to swap it with 5'x8' and my job did not accomplish with that smaller one, I needed it for moving.

Robert GHi. Very friendly welcome and professional service. However, there was Tim Hortons garbage behind the drivers's seat. The truck worked very well, but there was no «beep beep» when in reverse. It would seen=m a minimum, considering that so many renters are not used to such a big truck.

hasan yThe renting process that your dealer has to go through seems over the top. With the time that it takes them I don't know how they make any money as a dealer.
PHILIP LThe trailer should have been thoroughly checked before renting. Tire pressure was low. I topped it up before loading. By the second day it was low again, with a leak that quick it should have been caught and dealt with prior to renting. If this had been done I wouldn't have had to find a place to deal with getting a new tire and costing me a day of travel. Thankfully your road side service dealt with it in a efficient professional manner. Otherwise the rental was good.

sean rThe problem I did have was I booked a truck and trailer but for some reason, you guys booked me a closed in Trailer when I specifically asked for a utility trailer so I ended up driving around for five hours trying to find a trailer to complete my task of this day. Finding out there was only one in Sydney, Nova Scotia, and it was out with someone else who was late returning it.

Kindly be considerate and reduce the fee of your service. not that you provided a driver, we drove this vehicle by ourselves, so i do no see any reason why it should be that expensive. i spend close to $700. That doesn't make sense to me. However, the service is smooth and good.. REVIEW YOUR PRICE. Thank You
Olumayowa OYa, some company. Arranged to have the truck one month in advance. Got to depot to pick up truck. CLOSED !!!? Had a moving crew sitting in their vehicle for 1,5 hours. While on phone for an hour , I took a chance driving to another U-Haul depot and there was a truck. I mean, your service operators just kept transferring me, precipitating another 20 minute wait. I used to be in service industry. That was the epitome of poor service. Another family went through the same thing as me. They were sitting there waiting, on hold. Incidentally, the gentleman at the U-Haul depot, where I rented the unit was first class.

James GTrailer was not swept and had water in the front corners I noticed when I swept it out. Trailer leaked and some of my contents got damaged. The gentleman at the counter was very nice.

Johnathan MIf it wasn't for lack of options, I'd never engage uhaul ever again in my entire life. Absolute piss poor customer service or customer concern. Though this review may not be location specific; I'll take any opportunity to put this incompetent losers on blast. I had a 26 foot truck booked a month in advance, with movers scheduled to arrive at my residence the following morning. I received an email less than 24 hours notice for pick up that no truck was available in my area. The alternative was for me to drive 3 hours away to pick one up at another location. This was unacceptable in my opinion. I basically was forced into using a 12x6 tow behind to move my entire family. I had to take extra days off work and make as many as 10 trips to ensure i had everything successfully moved. Basically I was told too bad, the current truck renter extended the use and was given a 50 dollar credit. Think twice, look into alternative options because there's no guarantee your rental will be available when you actually need it. Absolutely horrible experience and I'd never recommend utilizing uhaul to anyone.
