I did not actually interact with a staff person at drop off, so I do not know about the staff at this location. The location was safe and clean and well organized exterior.

When a customer is ordering a 10 foot truck have it ready not a 20 footer when gas is so expensive to move across the country. Cost me 1400 from Sydney to Waterloo. I requested a van at the start more than 1 full month earlier.

DONALD JThe trailer I had reserved had an issue with its license plate and Uhaul head office wasted 1 hour and a half of my time trying to figure it out. I ended up missing an important business meeting. In the end I was forced to take a smaller trailer less suited to my needs. No issues with the local dealer but the system should not have allowed me to reserve this trailer in the first place.
