Didn't feel comfortable renting from this place. There were teenagers running the store and one that ran the usual used his phone to work the rental. No computers or anything else, I didn't feel comfortable with that so I paid cash and was told I would lose 13$ for some reason since I paid cash. Used the trailer for 24hrs and returned it. Asked the guy if they need to see it or anything else and was told I was fine. But they didn't check my trailer in till 3 days later racking up 200$ in late fees. DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION!!!!! Nothing against uhaul, I used them all the time so it's not their fault.

This location seems to lack the ability to edit contracts and does not seem knowledgeable of your system. However, the personnel were clearly respectful and tried to help--they were just unable to.
Randy RIt was a very convenient pickup location based on where I was at. Easy to work with although they seem to have issues with the uhaul website. Worker said this was typical and they had a ready solution which only took 2-3 minutes to fix while I was outside hooking up the trailer.
William TI just returned my rental trailer at this location. This business was multi faceted and not just a uhaul location. The man who worked there came out to show me where to park the trailer and inspected it etc. Made the return process super easy.
Brian HPick up was a little bit rough. No one there to do the paperwork. Had to call corporate to get the ball moving.
