TRACEY MWhen you put the dolly in the back of a truck or trailer, place them wheels up. That way they don't roll around while driving.

MARTA SLike the Ford truck. The last time I rented my truck was loud and smelled bad. This one clean and nice easy to drive more modern truck.

Troy EAs always U-Haul has their starting gas amount at 7/8. It’s impossible to fill exactly to that point. If you go under they yell at you and charge you an arm and a leg but if you go over (which usually happens) they do nothing. Oh U-Haul

Alberto SVery good location - close to Daybreak and very convenient to Costco - if you need a U-Haul to transport furniture or other large items like we did. Customer service was outstanding!

Larry MAs I drove away, I noticed the Check Engine light on and tank wasn't completely full. I called back to the office and they said the truck was in good repair, but they can't keep the Check Engine light from randomly coming on. My daughter lived 1/2 mile down the road and only moved into another apartment. I drove the truck 4 miles and they charged me for 2 gallons of gas. Finally, the back of the truck had not been cleaned out. I had to sweep out the leaves, twigs, and dirt before using it.

Gary FThe person we met with when we returned the truck got confused with another's truck rental and we had to wait for nearly an hour for her to realize her mistake. She never asked us our name/s or she would not have made the mistake. I think she was new, I believe her name was Elisha or something close to that. David HThey were super cool and concerned when I let them know about the issues we had with the vehicle. They took down all the info and the nice lady that did the walk around heard vehicle's awful sound when she turned on to get the mileage. The establishment was 1000% cleaner and inviting than the Texas Chainsaw Massacre general store i picked the vehicle up from.

Shane TI had to take pre and post pictures of the fuel level as there was a discrepancy at the end of the rental. The fuel fee charged was corrected in a timely manner which was appreciated.
Chad PI was charged $60 for fuel even though I had returned it at the level I received it at.
GAVIN RThere was an issue that came up the day before, where Uhaul wasn't going to have the equipment ready at the time I needed to pick it up. They proactively call me and arranged another location for pick up. It went off without a hitch!

Michelle MI was first told to go to Towne Storage to drop off U-haul. Once there I was directed to Think Storage for drop off because they were full. But another customer came in after me to drop off their u-haul and they took it. So irritating.

wayne wThis was my drop-off location. It was Sunday so they weren't open, but I was still able to drop off the truck by driving to the location and following the steps via the app, which I sincerely appreciated. The video in the app was very helpful and explained the drop-off steps perfectly well. Thank you!

ANDREA GVan said it needed an oil change, I wasn’t confident I could rely on it for my needed transportation. Van was marginally clean at best - I wouldn’t get in there with nice clothes on. No shipping blankets were provided even though I specifically requested them. This location feels like uhaul is a “fun afterthought” and no care is taken for the customer. Go to a different uhaul location.

DAVID PI had an issue with the Truck stalling out at the location parking lot. The Service Representative. Another Truck was issued, but not a discount for the inconvenience it caused or the problem it could have caused if it happened further away while moving. The location is very clean, and the representative is nice.
