Seems to be well run, associate was knowledgeable about the products and it was clean and well maintained. Your marketing is misleading about cost of services, 19.99 per day turned out to be around $56.00 plus 2.6 gallons of gas for driving 21 miles, I dont know what the mpg for the van is, but seems like a lot of gas for the mileage. So over all around $66.00 for about 5 hours of use. Bumped up by fees, nonsenes fees at that, should be rolled into the base price, I understand that is a trend in the USA, but its in my opinion unscruplious, but again that is the market place these days. I know in much smaller print on the signage it says Plus Milage, but again no $ number for the mileage is on the sign, So when the final bill is treble cost, leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

I picked up the U-Haul and it was on empty with only 15 miles to go. Also, the Dolly and the Pads weren’t in the U-Haul, so I had to wait until they opened to get them. I filled the gas tank up to full and left it with a little under half a tank left. I was still charged for the extra miles even though the gas I left should’ve covered that. So not happy about it being given to me on empty.
Colton ADo not advertise the U-Haul app as the easiest way to pick up a rental. The app couldn’t see my location, even though I had precise location turned on and the chat function to review with a representative was very frustrating. I wouldn’t recommend ordering U-Haul on a Sunday when someone isn’t there to help, in person.

MICHAEL LWe tried for 45 minutes doing the 24/7 pick up And it didn’t work. We even had someone call us from U-Haul to verify identity. He verified and hung up immediately. Didn’t ask if we need help or anything else. Eventually we left and had to go back in the morning once the office opened to pick up the truck. When we were dropping the truck off, We filled up the tank to exactly where it was when we got it like we were instructed to. We dropped off the truck doing 24/7 drop off. The next day we were charged $50 saying we didn’t fill the tank up to where we left off. I had to file a claim with U-Haul for a manager to review to refund us our money. The truck itself was fine. The process has been very frustrating and would never recommend it to anyone.
