I reserved the 20' truck. The storage area of the truck was dirty when I picked it up. However, even after packing it full from top to bottom, the truck ran like a champ. Was able to maintain normal highway speeds even with full load.
Drew HI have no problem with the location. U-Haul itself, I do. I ordered a 15 ft truck that I was supposed to pick up at a different location and U-Haul changed both the pickup location and the truck without asking or notifying me. It ended up costing me a lot more than I originally planned on in fuel expenses. Additionally, I was not allowed enough miles and there was nothing I could do about it or anyone I could bring it up to. U-Haul’s system was down when I arrived to pick up my rental and it took almost two hours for my rental to be dispatched due to U-Haul’s system errors.
