I will recommend the parts store, however I will not recommend U-Haul or be utilizing U-Haul again. After returning the truck overnight, I was informed after the fact that even though I was ahead of the deadlines and under the mileage that the computer generated for this rental, I would not be refunded estimated $530.40 for the rental and an estimated $150.00 in unused mileage. Due to the dishonest practices of this company and the way business has been conducted to steal so that their company may continue to function, I will not recommend nor will I utilize U-Haul for any future needs until this is resolved to my satisfaction.

I did not want to photograph my license for the rental and there was no work around. It is not a good idea to have photos of this very important document out on the web. Anyone can get hacked and this document is key for identity theft. I should just have to show it to the place where I rent.
