Customer service was great and equipment was clean, no complaints there. The main thing that could use some improvement is the access in/out of the location. Trucks pulling trailers and larger moving trucks are hard enough to maneuver already, but added to that: 1) tiny front of the store parking lot that jams up quick 2) very busy main road with no traffic light to help turn 3) road construction in frontShawn J.

This had nothing to do with the representative at this location and if someone actually reads these then they'll know their phone people need training on professionalism. I don't need to be TOLD 'well we called you to tell you the location had changed;' what you people should do is ask if a location is okay and if not make alternate arrangements and not assume the customer is going to drive all over town because UHAUL says so.JAMES G.

The biggest issue I had with the drop off location is that Apple maps did not have the right location and Uhaul called the store Third Coast Napa, when it was just a Napa Auto Part store. No where on the building or on any map app is it recognized as Third Coast Napa. It took us about 20 minutes to realize that it was the Napa Auto Part store.Chad W.
Great customer service. NAPA associate made sure everything was in working order and safe. We had no issues with trailer at all. Definitely will return to this location to do business. I wish more businesses operated at this level of customer satisfaction. Great job!Brenda J.

Staff was far from friendly had two flat tires that they should've checked prior to me renting the back was not swap out in the cab was a wreck. The guy who runs the place was a complete jerk today. Not recommend this place to anybody nor U-Haul as a whole. Get your stuff togetherCUYLER Z.

Not friendly, acted like it was a hassle, gave me a enclosed trailer with no running lights got pulled over and given a written warning, Then anther rude uhaul rep was rude and told me I was lying & there was nothing wrong with trailer, I not only rent trailers quite often I'm always towing with my Tahoe ,which I retested and confirmed that my plug is good, The only friendly decent people were the lady at Stang's in Anderson Mo where I dropped off the trailer and The lady I spoke with at Uhaul customer service to file complaint, I HOPE THAT I NEVER HAVE TO USE UHAUL AGAIN AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE !!!!Charles C.

The customer service was terrible. The representative was very rude and when I confirmed that it would be okay for my son to tow the trailer after the rental agreement was completed, he made it sound like i should have told him in advance and was very put out by that and having to get his information. If he would have asked, I would have told him. I'm guessing he was just having a bad day, but that doesn't seem good for business.RICHARD H.

I was charged for being several hours late for the return. Since the location was closed, there were no planned rental for the truck until at least the next day. Also, I brought the trailer at the request of Uhaul to help with needed trailers in the area and was charged a late fee for that too. I could understand being charged fees if Uhaul missed out on a sale, but that obviously was not the case here. I have had two rentals with Uhaul in the past several months and schduled a third for Saturday. However, I may need to look at my options. Also, there are potholes in the driveway that you could lose a car in. I recommend that those be fixed.RICHARD H.

The guy we turned the keys into was unfriendly and dismissive. He said just lay the keys on the counter no greeting nothing. I tried to tell him something was still wrong with the truck and he would not even look up at me just said ok thanks and kept on looking at the screen.JAMES S.
Way to expensive, outrageous pricing they told me it would only be a little over 700$ total then charged me almost 1,200$ . They told me I would get some back on my Card and they took more . Will never go back to uhaul again it would have been cheaper to hire a moving company and have them do it all.Amy C.

I rented an open trailer, 6'x10', to move a riding lawn mower. The dimensions listed on the web site indicated that the mover would fit. What the web sit did not display is that the rear entrance into the trailer is not as wide as the inside of the trailer. I drove 50 miles to pick up the mower and could not afford the time to take the trailer back and hope for a larger one. Fortunately, the retailer had a trailer for rent that worked. I had to unhitch the Uhaul, hook up the other trailer, deliver the mower, bring the trailer back to the retailer, reattach the Uhaul and take it back to the rental site. A complete waste of money and time that could have been avoided but for the lack of accurate information.Danny S.

When I hooked up trailer, lights did not work, the person there said they were working it must be my truck. I tested my light outlet and all fuses, they were all good. I found a short in trailer wires. Was told they could not repair and that they would refund me. I needed trailer that day and they had no others. They gave me parts so I could make repairs myself. Don't EVER cancel a rental without contacting the customer over the phone first. According to the attendant, that was done to my reservation because the expected truck had not been returned to the location as expected. I am glad another one showed up and I was back as U-Haul fan, client, and supporter.veronica R.
We had a medical emergency during our move. We called to see about extending the rental for another day because we really had no other choice due to the emergency. The representative at the store was somewhat rude about it even though I was apologetic about it and explained that it was a situation I had no control over.Rachel F.
Todd went above and beyond to get me in a truck to accomplish my move. He also helped me with another rental and even chased me halfway down the street when he'd noticed I'd left my personal hand truck in the back of the truck. Original person we picked up from was great and helpful. They didn't have the dolly we needed so gave us an appliance dolly and it didn't work very well. Arrived from out of town to pick up truck, when I got there, the man said he had no trucks available for me and didn't know when he would get one in. He told me I would have to look around and try to find a truck at another location.
