There is no signage to indicate where the Haul turn-in place is. Even if you had noted the address as above, "Third Coast NAPA" store that would help. I drove by the location 3 times before I spotted the Haul equipment behind the NAPA Store. Again your corporate help failed as I was told to drop it off in Kingsland and that site had a sign in the window they were no longer a U-Haul store although there were trucks and trailers all over the place. A call to your 800 number at 7:15 PM indicated that your lines were closed down at 7:00 PM and to call back the next day. I'm not sure what time-zone they were in. I assume most people move on the weekends and don't finish unloading until late in the day. The agent at the turn in point was courteous and friendly as were the folks where I picked up the equipment. You need to make your website easier to work with and get some CS people on the phone that have a better understanding of your locations.

This was the worst service ever!! I waited for over one hour to drop off the truck one one attendant could help and he was at lunch when he returned he stated they make all their money on selling auto parts and not on U-Haul. wanted to change me for additional time because he was at lunch and when i refused he stated that I did not fill up the tank full enough so it resulted in a $39.00 additional fee which I also refused but I saw the charge appear on my American Express online statement.

All Season Storage was the original drop-off but they never answered or were open. Third Coast NAPA were great and the personnel were very helpful.

Check the equipment to see if clean before client pick-up. The back of the truck did not look like it was swept in months. The wheels need to be aligned. The windshield wipers screeched the whole time.

Terrible musty, stale smoke smell. Sticky and dirty cup holders, cab floor was dirty with dirt and stones. Uhaul woman - Susan - at Napa Auto Parts in Marble Falls is extraordinary. She handles the demanding pace with humor and practicality.

These guys have service down to a tee. It has to come from the top and you can tell they are happy to be working here. I used to manage large Dept. Stores like Macys and Foleys back in the day with 200 to 300 employees and always subconsciously rate my Service at most Retail establishments I do business with. I know, a little sick but after 25 years in the business it is now part of my DNA. These guys had positive attitudes, great demeanor, and overall want to satisfy their customers. This location is at a NAPA auto parts store with no major U-Haul signage on Hwy 281. Found it anyway thanks to Google. The rest of the experience was good during hook-up, verification of lights and return 2 days later.

Original reservation was made and confirmed for different location, but day before p/u was informed I would have to drive 45 min to different location. Very frustrating! Why was original reservation confirmed if equipment requested was not available at that location???
