Robert SI use the same U-Haul dealership in Marble Falls, The Napa Auto and Truck Parts Store. The folks there are helpful, courteous and always have the equipment I need in stock.

MICHAEL BI dropped the rental off after hours, but it was easy to get around with the truck and trailer. The employees processed the return first thing the next morning and I received an email notification for my return.
Michelle OStaff was very rude and condisending. Initial conversation was greeted with sarcasm when inquired about size of hitch we had vs the size required to tow trailer. While we were running around to unlock our hitch and purchase a new one with correct size, I received a call from “U-Haul” to inquire if i still was in need of the trailer. I confirmed and was informed my pickup time would be updated. Upon return to location to obtain trailer, the 2nd employee was very rude and was quick to comment on needing to cancel our reservation if our new hitch didn’t work. The trailer was parked on the grass with a declining slope. This made it difficult to attached to our large truck and we had to physically lift the trailer to attach to the truck. Again the employee’s comment was in regards cancelling our reservation if we could not attached trailer without damaging the equipment. This location made our reservation and day very stressful. We lost half the day due to the lack of customer service and location of equipment stored.
JACLYN LSusan was fantastic. Getting me all reserved and checked out and Todd was the best when I returned the U-Haul. I won’t rent from anyone else!

James BThe steering wheel needs an adjustment. It is dangerously loose and makes for an accident waiting to happen. I was terrified while driving the 20' long vehicle for more than 45 miles one way on Highways 281 and 29 from Marble Falls to Georgetown, Texas.
Pedro GHad to blow out the trailer, as it had dirt and grass in it. Didn't have any drop off location information in the reservation, acted annoyed when I insisted the reservation did and showed them my email confirmation.

Douglas HClaimed printer had no paper and refused to secure the closest drop off location like the phone rep said they would. I think it was more ineptitude than unwillingness.
Aaron GThe locking mechanism for the back of the trailer doors was almost impossible to open and close. I hurt myself trying to open the doors. I had to buy some lubricant to get it opened but pulled a muscle trying to open the doors.

Kenneth HThe tires were flat. The expectation is the equipment will be ready to use immediately upon renting. This equipment was not safe to use. I have rented from U-haul multiple times as a military member I have moved at least 5 times with my family with U-haul. This unit was not ready to go.
