The guy handling the transaction was professional and very nice.
JENNIFER SIt was hard to find where you got the key. It was in a little shop, wayyyyyy over away from where the trucks are parked. No instructions given by email or at the site. The lock is in need of some work as it was difficult to open. The truck needs some engine work. It sounded like it was going to blow up the entire ride. Little bit of a sketchy area too. I didn’t like being there at night time, for sure!
Rebecca HEverything worked out fine. Didn't end up using the trailer due to a vehicle problem but not U-Haul related. Picked up Sunday because of the hours they are open and pulled it to my house then found out there's a problem with the truck I was going to use so took the trailer back to their location.
JAMES RNo problems whatsoever. Adam did a great job of getting my paperwork taken care of and getting me hooked up, even in a steady rain. He's a very good representative for U-Haul.

JAMES RAbsolutely love the auto transport trailers, however this one needs some adjustment in the surge brake system. Seems to have extra play, had quite a few hard releases of the system.

Zachary RI have used U haul at this location twice. Service was great. People were courteous. I have no complaints with them. The truck broke down and took roadside service close to 3 hour to arrive. However, after the service guy arrived, he was Excellent and knowledgeable. He completed the task in less than 15 minutes.

CHRISTOPHER MAll the folks at this location were great! Excellent experience. The truck was pretty worn. Windshield wipers need replacing. The cab floorboard was very dirty. The passenger key door lock does not work.

STEVEN VThe truck was very old. the window knob would pop off when trying to roll the window up or down. This truck had a lot of cosmetic damage as well. When we got in the truck, it smelled heavily of smoke. The ladies at This and That are very friendly.

TIMOTHY TThe location and the people were not the problem. Folks were friendly and as helpful as they could be. The truck was not mechanically sound. About 10 minutes into the trip I started having issues with it. I phoned the location and told them of the issues. They didn't know what to do and had no extra truck to offer me so I could drive something safely. And of course, I was charged full price.
STEPHEN HTruck wasn’t ready at noon. Put us behind schedule. Didn’t have moving blankets. Claims it wasn’t on reservation but I had reserved a dozen We had to buy blankets. Convenient location.

carol tI live on the boarder of central and eastern time . I had the camper back in central time, on time, where I was delivering the items using the trailer. Delivering the trailer back to eastern time. I was automatically charged another day . I was less than an hr late because of that reason.
