The strap was cut short and wouldn't wrap around the car tires. I drove 5 hours to pick up a car on my way to NY and had to pay someone to tow it home because the uhaul wasn't safe to tow with . I basically paid $150 in uhaul fees and a bunch of extra gas to tow an empty trailer to ny then pay someone else to meet me there with the vehicle. This is the second uhaul in a row with issues and I didnt hold the last one against anyone just paid for it and moved on but this is the second one in a row I'm screwed on. Not sure why standards have gotten so bad I've rented 50+ with no issues in the past.

The uhaul itself was in excellent condition, and the location I picked it up from was easy to work with and even took care of the return which I had expected to do myself. I did have a complication with my reservation. Apologies, as I didn't catch his name, but he contacted me from a Louisville KY based number. He was far from satisfactory to deal with, and I would like that to be noted. Thankfully for me, a Michelle Tuck rectified the issue and was a pleasure to work with. I've rented from UHaul a number of times and haven't had any previous issues. I'm glad this was resolved as I plan on renting from you again soon. Thank you for your services and assistance.
