I do not recommend this location. EVERYTIME upon arrival, the doors are locked. I would literally have to bang on both doors for 10 minutes straight. Once I finally enter, the inside is completely dark. As she processed my transaction, I was quoted one price online and the young lady tried to give me a new price over $100 extra. She provided me with the 1-800 number to call and I sat there and called with her. Once I called on speakerphone, agent found my original quote and the young lady at this location was completely confused on the transaction. The agent on the phone, said that the lady at the beltline location recommended that I drop my rental off at another location which would cause a price increase, since I was not returning at my original location. She then sat there and argued with me. All of sudden, she changed it, and went to my original transaction, and my price went back down to the original. UHAUL, please ensure that your employees are knowledgeable of your products and services. I had one employee at this location saying one thing, and one on the phone saying another. ...of course, the one on the phone was correct. I just want to note, I rented at this location 2 weeks straight and I don't understand how, if the first time i pulled up and I had to beat on the door to finally get her to arrive. The second week was the same experience. WHY ALLOW PEOPLE TO SCHEDULE ONLINE AND BOOK, KNOWING YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE INDIVIDUALS TO SHOW UP WHEN YOU'RE NOT ANSWERING THE DOOR?

There is NOT enough space to drive through & drop off. It is too crowded. Why can't we use the Red Oak location? Is is NOT listed as an option. Yet the owner was ok with us dropping off there. Still it wasn't an option so we couldn't.

For a location to serve the small community Im proud that Uhaul is making transportation convenient and easily accessible. The personal who serve is awesome. Thank you for the easy reservation, guide and help. Thank you!!

The lady working was not helpful at all. No paved services and very muddy so may get truck stuck. The lady with dark red hair was very rude and dismissive.
