Did not receive two handtrucks I requested. No one told me they were out of stock. Had to learn the morning I picked up my U-Haul and was still charged for them. On top of the additional miles I had to pay for to go find a handtruck.

This location is disrespectful to the customers.And I wasn't the only customer on this particular day that the owner was being very disrespectful to until we checked her.
