I was not left with any of the accessories I requested and there were none on sight for me to use. I had requested 6 furnature pads and a utility cart (I think that is what it was called?) I was charged anyways. I was also unable to load any picutures when I was trying to leave, I called for support and was sent a link that also didn't work. I returned the truck but again, was unable to laod any pictures except of fuel and mileage. But the truck drove, stopped and held furnature. It is what it is.

the agent was great, but he was off initially and so I tried the app and it was terrible! Never let me get to the point where I could pay and get the keys from a stand alone kiosk!
