The tongue weight of this trailer is FAR too heavy for the average person to deal with. I strongly recommend that U-Haul revise the design so that it is reasonable for the average user.

I asked for clarification on the terms of my contract and the guy wasn’t helpful
William UOver all the young man I talked to and helped with my rental was very pleasant person to deal with. I would go back if or when I need another rental. My only problem was withe the U-Haul web site. I am 78 and just found out I am not a real person. After 78 years it took a computer to to tell me. I can not pass the picture puzzle. So I went and got my wife to help and low and be hold she is not real ether. So I had to call the dealership to rent the trailer. As I said, he was a very pleasant young man and all went well.
