The overall rental experience was great! The staff in Dewitt were helpful, responsive and competent. The truck only had 23k miles on it and ran great. If I have to do this again, I will use U-Haul.

Marion PLocation did not have enough blankets in stock. We had to adjust the quote and deal with less blankets
Michael CThe site was closed when I dropped off. There was a key box for late dropoffs. HOWEVER, you HAD to had a uhaul app installed on your phone and that app was TERRIBLE for returning after hours. There should just be a simple link to do that. It was NOT straightforward.
Gary RMy gas was on full when I returned it. They charged me 6 gallons and 30.00 for gas. I returned it on full. I drove it for 42 miles and filled it up. There is no way 6 gallons was empty in that truck. They show the dial as 3/4 full. It was showing on FULL when I left it
