Made the reservation over the phone. I wanted to pick up in 1 location and drop of on the same day. Knowing that it was a Sunday, I asked for a place that I could park and leave the key. There was no parking, I had to park in the ramp of the handicap spot. I was not able to check out. I spent hours on hold trying to get help, I did not want to be charged an extra day. I spoke to 3 different people and eventually went to the Katy location to make sure the last person I spoke to noted that we had dropped the truck off that same day. It was stressful!

Dropped off after hours
Erick GLocation was clean but very small. There was only one place for us to park the 20 ft moving truck. We dropped off the keys after hours so that is why I selected no for personnel.
