Customer Rep who checked me in was very nice and the location is very convenient. Overall, I would rent again from here for local needs. However, I also have some negative feedback. 1. The neighborhood is pretty rough and the corner right outside the location has a lot of drug activity and people suffering from apparent mental health issues. I don't think I would feel safe here after dark. 2. I reserved the dolly, but they didn't have one in stock. They refunded me when i checked back in, in cash, which seemed a bit weird. 3. The truck's check engine light was on. I only had a very short move (3miles) so didn't impact my use. 4. When I checked it back in, i told them the check engine light was on, but they did not seem to care (did not make a note of it).
