RODESHIA TThere aren’t clear instructions for where to park the truck when returning it after hours and the key lock box is on the other side of the property with no sign indicating where to put it. After searching for 30 minutes and calling the number provided on the reservation, I called the main Uhaul customer support who gave us clues to help with our scavenger hunt to find the key return box.

LANDON FI had a 5 1/2 hour drive with this trailer. When I got to my destination I notice one of the tires had no tread and a hole in it to where you can see the wires. We were so glad we didn’t have a blow out.

Lashonda MHave full services & educated personel at all U-Haul rental sites. These side-line add-ons to another business are not adequate. The truck had a check-engine light on when I picked it up. I had to take it by a big U-Haul center to get it checked. They cleared the light, finding no problems. About 200 miles before reaching our destination, the check-engine light came on again.

Byron WOne of the tires only had 24 psi. When I added air, it blew a hole on the backside sidewall. Fortunately this happened at our home and not on the road. Suggestion...the location I rented the trailer from needs to perform preventative maintenance on equipment before it is rented.

The truck was in need of washing but other than that it was a good experience. The 24/7 online check in was problematic by we got through it with some amazing tech support via the 800 number. Thanks for that.

Mary MAttendant was rude did not allow us to self check in the uhaul ourselves on our app. We were not aware that the rental had to be returned at the same time that it was picked up, as our email only stated due on May 11,2022 with no specific time. We were charged more for returning it later. This should have been specified on the return information. We will not use the company again in the future.

STEVEN RWorst drop off location, I would never in a million years use the Marksville location again! Tiger pawn to be exact ‘ the guy lied about giving my deposit back & he also lied about the gas mileage! His paper work showed he gave cash back but told me it was going to my card !! BAD business & uhaul has NOT made up for the mis convenience of me driving to Alexandria from Cottonport for a “mis understanding”
