Taylor wThe running light on the driver side, top, rear of the trailer had a broken red cover that I hadn't noticed. I stood on the rear ledge to help lower the weight on the trailer tongue so my associate could lift the trailer tongue on my hitch and I unkowningly put my hand on the broken cover to balance. The jagged edge of the broken mechanism cut my hand badly and I began to bleed profusely. Had the trailer been properly inspected and repaired prior to my rental, this wouldn't have happened. stephen rTiger paw had a large selection of trucks on hand. The employee (owner?) clearly wasn’t feeling well at the time but he was running around getting all the customers taken care of without complaint. I had reserved (last minute) a truck online and arrived to pick it up about 30-40 minutes later. Check in was smooth and quick. The truck was immaculate. Return was made after hours with a convenient drop box. Only thing is this location does not have moving boxes but there is a Lowes about 15 minutes away. I would rent from this location in a heartbeat! Side note: The office is an amazing museum piece. Lots of old time items on display and a great tropical vibe. Very inviting… how often can you say that about a U-haul store!
Milton MI reviewed ratings prior to booking two rentals with this location...the ratings were right on the money. Great experience overall. Tony had the vehicles I booked ready when I arrived, and they were clean and worked out great.

Kevin OTony is the best. Rented from him several times. This time different car and hitch and he assisted in setting the hitch up for the tongue height. This took about 90 minutes. Tony didn’t think twice about helping. Not sure I would get this kind of service from anyone I’ve rented from in the past!

S SIt was a bit of a drive to return the trailer. The destination was about 45 min away from the drop off location. There are alot of uhaul locations between the drop off and actual destination that were alot closer.

Eric BGentleman was very helpful and informed us that our previous location had not hooked the trailer up properly. Although he was helpful, I will not be using U-Haul's services again because of the experience when we picked it up and the ending results of payment.
