My rental experience after we pulled off the lot was a nightmare. I traveled less than one mile and the fron passanger tire blewout on the truck i waited with my crew for four hours in 100 degree temps for the service truck to arrive and change the tire.

Thomas LHad two blow outs on both tires of trailer. Tires were mismatched and old according to road side service technician. This made for a very stressful trip. Road side assistance was a plus.

John KGreat customer service, can't remember the name of the gentlemen that runs the facility, but he was courteous, quick, and got me on the road promptly. I live in a college town so the students clean this place out at the end.of the school year. Only issue I had is there were no blankets or furniture/box dollies available. Not the facilities fault this occured, but if you live near Clemson and moving in May, plan ahead!

The manager checked the fuel as well as mileage and confirmed that it was well. 10 minutes later, he was trying to charge me after I left the store for extra mileage. Addition, he was extremely disrespectful during drop off. This has been the absolute worst, and I will make sure to review everything.
