Inez JI’m not sure if I will use U-HAUL again. I thought the purpose of technology/apps was to streamline/simplify the process. When I went to book and was selecting options, the pricing for my move (Saturday-Monday) was the same while some locations were closed on Sunday (Making it impossible to return). When I showed up to pick up the rental, nothing I had already entered and the representative blamed the system. She also seemed very short/annoyed by me when I had a scheduled pickup time. Then she only had a fraction of my moving blankets ready and asked “if I wanted the rest” when I had been charged for them.

DAN HThey changed the location of the drop off and I wasn’t notified. When I showed up the attendant was unsure if she could process the paperwork. After doing her rounds, she was able to do it. However I asked multiple times to send my bill via email, which she said that she had sent. I had to call the original U-Haul to get my paperwork. Very nice lady, but I believe very untrained and cannot handle troubleshooting issues with U-Haul
STEVEN HDo not like where if your license don't register you xant get a uhaul,and I also don't like where you have to do everything by your phone i like it the old way
