Do better with reservations. Reserving 1 truck for multiple people isn't good customer service. The employee/lady at the location(tiger storage)was very apologetic and did her best at resolving U-haul's error.

Friendly, quick and easy to rent a hauling vehicle. The app was a little difficult taking pictures, but was able to take most of them requested checking for damage and cleanliness. Employee was helpful and courteous.
