SCOTT AThe Cab Had A Stench And The Floor Of The Cab Could’ve Used Some Cleaning! There Was A Loud Screeching Noise The Entire Ride, But We Never Figured Out Where It Was Coming From! Other Than That, No Complaints!!
William mWhile the manager on duty was very helpful and friendly, I was appalled at the condition of the interior cab. In addition to it containing trash in the form of drink cups, food wrappers, corn nuts, fried chicken skin, crumbs and bottles, the interior reeked of old cigarette smoke that is likely never going to be abated. I haven't experienced conditions like this in several decades. It was so bad it gave me a sore throat and soaked into my clothes. If it wasn't the only box truck on premises I would have requested a replacement.
David ATiger Storage had excellent customer service. However, the truck I rented did a strange series of light flashes, both interior and exterior, after being driven. It was about a 3 minute light flash sequences every 10 minutes for up 3 hours after the truck would be parked. I have video of the instance if needed.
