No one around to help, couldn’t go over 45 or entire vehicle shook from bent axle on trailer, never again U-Haul!!

I was overcharged 650.00 for 8 days, I had the truck for less than 7 hours. I was charged a cleaning fee for a truck with only myself driving, and it was sunny, on payment the entire time. Never again. Thank God one of your district / regional managers came too my rescue and recovered my money

Alfred DPeople wasn't neighbor called them and told them I was there they said for me to wait a few minutes and they would be there I waited 45 minutes later Noone had showed up I called the number again and was told it was to cold just to get what I needed. Once I got trailer got home and loaded it I realized the trailer didn't even have a jack so I could unhook it. The people were rude, didn't care about anything or helping me, by far the worst experience ever doing business with a well known professional business. I will never use u haul again even if that means I gotta carry my stuff on my back. I really hope people ain't being treated like I was at all the u haul offices.
Daniel BWorst experience I’ve ever had with Uhaul!! I rented 2 weeks in advance to insure that I will get a trailer from that location, Uhaul calls me 1 day before and sends me 20 miles away and insure me that someone will be there to take care of me, but no one was there at the appointed time. Uhaul them wanted me to drive another 40 minutes in the other direction to pick up a trailer, they said I didn’t have a choice. 2 hours later I finally get my trailer. Well, to top things off, I travel 4 hour down the road and in the middle of a rain storm on the interstate the running lights and brake lights quit working. I had to travel 5 hours like that in the dark. The best experience was when I dropped it off!!!
Todd TThe rate that was charged to my card didn’t match what I thought the cost would be. I paid $247.73, with a $98.94 pending to my account. I called the Barwick office and didn’t get anyone to answer. I really wanted to speak with the representative before doing this survey. I need to see the printout of the bill after returning the uhaul.
