IT rained so the floor was covered in dry dirt. Not blaming anyone. can't really clean when wet. Secondly, the side skirt not secured totally because one of the previous rentals scraped the side. Needs some rivets to fix properly. I put some screws in to keep it temporarily in place.stuart S.

The mobile check in/return process needs a lot of work. It was cumbersome, lengthy and even pointless at times. --Why reserve the vehicle if I have to enter all my info again at pickup? --I had to to to the office for the key. So why even use the app?! --You don't need my picture. Besides, a pic of anything will do so this step is completely pointless. --I had to wait several minutes to be approved for rental in the app when I already reserved? Why? That's uneccessary. Took way too long. --Taking pics of the vehicle at drop off is laborious. It might protect me but how many pics am I supposed to take to show there was no damage when I returned it? Just be way easier to drop it off at the office.Jason M.

Don't let them be waiting an hour and a half to receive the van because U-Haul customer service communications with me had several technical glitches I was supposed to receive my Truck at 5:30 PM but was unable to complete the take out until 7:00 PM I was definitely not happy about thatDarlene R.

Sent a note to U-Haul no response back. I would say this vendor is nothing more than used car salesman will never to business again with him Lied on the mileage and issue with the van alarm was already on when went to get the vehicle after business closed and no way going from this location to Jersey City was almost 100 miles either way Very disappointed in both U-Haul and this vendorJoseph H.
Asked the guy if I can pick up truck before they close since I had no ride in morning and did not consider so when I return I was charge an xtra day for the place being closed at Potstown at 5 pm I was 30 miles under my allowed and had an extra 1/4 tank of gas! Writing this review while on phone with uhaul customer service for 10 minutes-alreadyrudy R.

bad ground on the trailer. i had to jury rig a ground from my car to the trailer. NEEDS TO BE FIXED FOR THE NEXT GUY WHO MIGHT NOT BE ABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT OR RIG TO USE.TONY M.

The U-Haul technology seemed to be slowing the attendant down and wasn't allowing him do do his job in a timely manner. It required him to call the help desk to get the transaction to go through properly. It kinda wasted time for both of us. But other then that this place was top notch for U-Haul rental service experience.mark D.
